1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Display My MRR (“the Service”), operated by Display My MRR Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Display My MRR generates verified, shareable revenue proof pages for Whop sellers. The Service displays your MRR, ARR, active subscriptions, and transaction data by integrating with the Whop platform API. Your public page is accessible via a unique URL that you control.

3. Account and Access

  • You must have an active Whop account to use Display My MRR
  • You must authorise Display My MRR to access your Whop data via OAuth
  • A 3-day free trial is available, followed by an active subscription at £9.99/month to keep your public revenue page enabled
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your access credentials with others

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service includes a 3-day free trial, then costs £9.99 per month
  • Your public revenue page is only accessible while your subscription is active
  • If your subscription lapses, your public page will be automatically disabled
  • Refunds are handled according to Whop's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Misrepresent or manipulate the data displayed on your public page
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Share or resell access to the Service

6. Data Accuracy

Display My MRR pulls data directly from the Whop API. While we display this data as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Revenue figures, subscription counts, and transaction data are sourced from Whop and displayed in real time. You should verify critical business figures independently.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, Whop API outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Display My MRR Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Display My MRR are owned by Display My MRR Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your business data remains your property at all times.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your public revenue page will be disabled immediately. Your stored data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
